Overview

The ISO Lead Auditor Certification Training offers a five-day intensive course that enables participants to develop the necessary expertise to audit a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and manage a team of auditors using widely recognized audit principles, procedures, and techniques.

Throughout the ISO Lead Auditor Certification course, participants will acquire the knowledge and skills required to effectively plan and conduct internal and external audits in compliance with ISO 19011 and the certification process according to ISO/IEC 17021. Through practical exercises, participants will develop the skills, such as mastering audit techniques, and competencies, including managing audit teams and programs, communicating with customers, and conflict resolution, necessary to efficiently conduct an audit.

The ISO Lead Auditor Certification is also compatible with BS 25999 Audit (Business continuity management specification) and ISO 27031 (Guidelines for information and communication technology readiness for business continuity).
