This intensive five-day course empowers participants to cultivate the expertise needed to audit a Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards, ensuring the organization’s competency in maintaining its quality management system. Through Lead Auditor training, participants will gain the skills and proficiency to conduct audits using universally recognized principles, procedures, and techniques. Throughout the training, participants will acquire the essential knowledge and abilities to effectively plan and execute internal and external audits while adhering to ISO 19011 guidelines and the certification process outlined in ISO 17021.

Through hands-on practical exercises, participants will hone their audit techniques and develop competencies such as managing audit teams and programs, effective communication with customers, and conflict resolution, enabling them to efficiently conduct audits.
