This five-day intensive course equips participants with the expertise to audit an IT Service Management System (ITSM) based on ISO 20000 and lead a team of auditors using widely recognized audit principles, procedures, and techniques. Throughout the training, participants will gain the knowledge and skills to effectively plan and conduct internal and external audits in compliance with ISO 19011 and the certification process outlined in ISO 17021. Through practical exercises, participants will develop mastery of audit techniques and competencies such as managing audit teams and programs, communicating with stakeholders, and resolving conflicts, enabling them to efficiently conduct audits.
